1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zedinga AI platform ("Service") operated by Zedinga LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zedinga AI provides an AI-powered chatbot platform including web widget deployment, WhatsApp integration, knowledge base management, lead capture, analytics, human handoff, appointment booking, and related services as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • The Free plan has limited features and usage quotas as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled before the billing period ends.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Upload malicious content, malware, or code that could harm the platform
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms
  • Use the chatbot to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without proper disclaimers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without an agency agreement
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform

6. Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (knowledge sources, Q&As, PDFs). You grant Zedinga AI a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (AI response generation, embedding, indexing). Conversation data between your visitors and bots belongs to you.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated responses are based on the knowledge base you provide and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your knowledge base. Zedinga AI is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zedinga LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data before termination via the dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
